Share the file type, rough file size, reading mode, and what happened. Do not send a private book unless support asks for a sample that you are allowed to share.

Share the voice level, American or British voice, your phone memory if you know it, and whether the voice download is installed or still waiting.
Writer Mode
Say what you were doing in the project, whether autosave or recovery was shown, and which export type you used.
